The Institute MUSICA BRASILIS
Created in 2009, the Musica Brasilis portal has as its mission the rescue and dissemination of Brazilian repertoires of all times, largely inaccessible due to lack of editions. The collection, consisting of more than 2,500 scores by Brazilian composers, is consulted monthly by 45,000 users from all over the world. Musica Brasilis has the cooperation of UNESCO, has the digital preservation ensured by IBICT/MCT, is affiliated to ICOM CIMCIM and accredited by Google for NonProfts and United Nations Volunteers.
