Relax the mind, integrate socially and develop the cognitive process are some of the benefits that music offers to man. By understanding the importance of this art for children and adults, the Baptist Education Network [https://redebatista.edu.br], from August, resumes the activities of the Baptist Choir and inaugurates the Baptist School of Music.
To mark the launch of this musical project, the educational institution will hold, between days 1o and 5 August, at 19:30, in Auditorium 1 (Rua Varginha, 700, Forest), a series of concerts with free admission. During this week, the public will be able to see presentations of choirs, orchestras and instrumental music.
Shall we sing? With free and free participation for the school community and society, the Baptist Choir will be divided between Coral Kids (7 to 12 years) and Young Adult Choir (from 14 years). Rehearsals will take place from August 8, every Monday and Thursday, from 14:30 to 19:30. The choir will be coordinated by professor Dr. Handel Cecilio and conducted by conductor Elicelma Reis.
